My first afghan was in 1978 and along with another who was a rescue fueled my first interest in the breed.
The first afghan I showed was 1988.
My first judging appointment at open show level was 1994 and in these last 12 yrs I have judged 121 classes at 19 shows 4 of which were Balloted club shows
My first CH show Appointment is this year (2006)when I am to judge bitches for the Western Afghan Hound Club where i understand my entry to be 80 plus.
I am greatly looking forward to it.
I have made-up one UK Champion and had four other dogs have won there way into the KC stud book
